The project foresees the replacement of 6000 barrells in 5 years in favor of 60 stainless Steel Tanks for the olives in brine's storage with advantages like : more control (organoleptic and chemical), less handling, more homogeneity of the product and no chemical contamination (phthalates) thanks to a transition from the plastic to the Stainless Steel.
