Oil Mill since 1946, today producer of ligurian specialty and main partner of the modern and traditional trade , with a range of products build up with the two most typical and precious ingredients of our land : Basilico Genovese PDO (Protected designation of origin) and Cultivar Taggiasca Olive

Frantoio Venturino was born and still operates in the wonderful Dianese Valley, the western part of Liguria also known as Riviera of Flowers. Its microclimate has helped to make the western part of liguria a land rich of exceptionally high quality gastronomic products.

Integration and production chain check → about 30% of the Cultivar Taggiasca processed right inside our productive site comes from the 50 hectar (about 12000 century -old trees) of our property

On an area of 23 000 square meters of which 3200 covered , the oil mill, 3 bottling lines and 2 preserves production lines operate (olives, pesto, pasta sauces, ligurian traditional sauces, pate…)

The company has implemented a project co-financed by the European Union in implementation of Specific Objective 1.2 - Action 1.2.3. "Supporting the introduction of digital practices and technologies in companies", of the PR FESR Liguria 2021-2027 which involved the purchase of a new ERP management software aimed at introducing digital services necessary to increase the efficiency of internal production and business processes and strengthen the company's positioning. Around 30% of Cultivar Taggiasca olives from Liguria, processed inside our productive site, come from the 30 hectars of the olive grove (9000 hundred-year old trees) of our exclusive property. The History of Venturino

1946 : Bartolomeo Venturino founded the Oil Mill and starts the today’s farm, with “Cultivar Taggiasca” olives

1975: Valter (Bartolomeo’s son), having completed his studies, began to provide his valuable contribution to the growth of the family businness. This is the year of the birth of Venturino Bartolomeo brand

1990 : the first bottling line gets implemented and the Company makes its first entry in the Modern Italian Distribution (Esselunga)
